GOT A NOSE
FOR NEWS?
The LCA
Watchdog invites readers to become roving reporters.
Letters
to the editor are normal fare. In a reversal of form, this
letter from your editor is an open invitation for all LCA
members to take an active role as we plan the next edition
of the LCA Watchdog.
It's all in the spirit of making the LCA
Watchdog newsletter truly a member publication.
We're welcoming all sorts of written contributions
(plus your interesting photos, cartoons, kids' artwork).
Some
ideas that come to mind: a letter about whatever is uppermost
on your mind. Maybe you want to tout a pleasant place to
dine, a fun thing to do, a way to save a buck or two. Or
tell us about a super, duper neighbor who's done a really
nice thing.
Go ahead and send us a poem. A recipe. A movie
review. A recap of a fun trip.
Of
course, we'd love for all the amateur photographers out
there to send along their favorite works. Subjects (pets,
cute kids, city scenes) are pretty much limitless.
So here's your opportunity. To be reporter,
editorial writer, book reviewer, philosopher. The choice
is yours. Get those keyboards clicking and those shutters
shuttering. Let us hear from you. To be part of our fall/winter
issue, just click on editor's name below. And thanks for
taking an active role.
